Almaviva Santé, one of France’s largest private hospital group, has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Clinique Floréal, a private hospitalization group located in Bagnolet (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Almaviva Santé continues its growth dynamic with the entry into exclusive negotiations with Clinique Floréal. Thanks to its expansion strategy focused on the development of regional clusters of medical excellence, the Group is already present in Ile-de-France region with 19 clinics, in the Provence–Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica regions with 22 clinics. Through the acquisition of Clinique Floréal, Almaviva Santé is willing to enhance its presence in Seine-Saint-Denis.
Founded in 1966, Clinique Floréal operates 144 beds on more than 6,500m2 and offers a full range of medico-surgical specialties notably including Cancer Care, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, A&E and Hand Trauma Center.
At completion of the proposed transaction, Almaviva Santé will manage 42 clinics in Ile-de-France, Provence–Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica.
