Almaviva Santé, one of France’s largest private hospital group, has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Groupe Maymard, the first private hospitalization group of Corsica.
Almaviva Santé continues its growth dynamic with the entry into exclusive negotiations with Groupe Maymard. Thanks to its external growth strategy focused on the development of regional clusters of medical excellence, and already present in the Provence–Alpes-Côte d’Azur region with 17 clinics and in the Ile-de-France region with 19 clinics, Almaviva Santé is developing a presence in Corsica thanks to the merger with the island’s leading private hospital group, which includes Polyclinique Maymard, Clinique Filippi, Clinique Toga, a home care facility, St. Catherine dialysis centre, as well as radiotherapy and nuclear medicine.
At completion of the proposed transaction, Almaviva Santé will manage 41 clinics in Ile-de-France, Provence–Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica.
