The Webhelp Group, a portfolio company of UK based Private Equity firm Charterhouse, has announced its intention to acquire SNT, the Netherland’s leading customer experience management company, which employs over 3,500 people across eight sites from NEON Private Equity for an undisclosed purchased price.
SNT is a leading customer experience company, formed in 1985 with a vision to provide best-in-class contact centre services and technology solutions. Since then, SNT has experienced rapid growth and to date has seven centres throughout the Netherlands and one in Surinam. SNT has seen a large increase in revenue and profitability over the past years.
The Webhelp Group employs 18,000 people across the UK, Europe and Africa, and has revenues in excess of 400m Euros. The company’s multichannel solutions include – phone, SMS, email, facsimile, post, social media and web chat – for a wide array of customer relations services.
