The production companies Method Animation, Onyx Films and Chapter 2 have merged to form the ON ENTERTAINMENT group, creating a European leader in the animation and filmmaking sectors.
In the context of this merger, the group has completed a capital increase primarily subscribed by Ohana Capital, AB Group and Laurent Dassault (LDRP).
The merger of the labels founded by Dimitri Rassam and Aton Soumache has created a major player in Cinema and Audiovisual in France, active in both animation (The Little Prince, Iron Man, Le Petit Nicolas, etc..) and live movies (Le Prénom, Mauvaise Fille, Gibraltar, etc..). In 2012, the group consolidated revenues amounted to € 34 million for an annual production volume of approximately € 73 million.
