CASE Corporate Finance expands into the German market and has opened a new office in Frankfurt to cover the German speaking countries. The new office in Frankfurt has been set-up by the two partners Marcus Baer and Marc Philipp Becker, who were over many years part of the successful M&A team of ABN AMRO and subsequently The Royal Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt and as such colleagues of the founders of CASE Corporate Finance in France for more than a decade.
The successful cooperation with ABN AMRO forms also part of the expansion. CASE Corporate Finance in Germany will be exclusive partner of ABN AMRO and its private banking subsidiary Bethmann Bank for M&A activities in Germany – the largest European economy.
