ABN AMRO, the exclusive partner of CASE Corporate Finance, announced yesterday the acquisition of the M&A, Sector Advisory, ECM and Corporate Broking activities of RBS in the Netherlands. This implies that the existing teams of ABN AMRO’s investment bank in the Netherlands will be reinforced by 70 new professionals.
This operation will allow ABN AMRO to position itself as the undisputed leader in corporate finance in the Netherlands.
