Marcus is a founding partner of CASE Corporate Finance in Germany and has long-standing experience in international investment banking and corporate finance. He worked for more than a decade in the M&A department of ABN AMRO and later-on The Royal Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt. As a senior corporate finance professional, Marcus advised German and international clients on a number of high profile transactions including private M&A assignments both on the buy and sell side, public takeover offers, hostile takeovers, public-to-private transactions, corporate restructurings and carve outs, as well as IPOs and other capital markets transactions.
Marcus holds a degree in business administration with majors in Finance and Marketing from International Business School Bad Nauheim and University of Lincoln. Prior to his studies, he completed a two-year trainee program with Deutsche Bank.
