Marc Philipp is a managing partner of CASE Corporate Finance in Germany. Before co-founding CASE Corporate Finance in Germany in 2012, Marc Philipp gained many years of experience in corporate finance and M&A with ABN AMRO, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Commerzbank in Frankfurt, Paris and London. He has advised both German and international clients across various industries on numerous cross border buy and sell side transactions, carve-outs, public offers, LBOs as well as IPOs and capital raisings. He has gained in-depth sector experiences across various industries including infrastructure, power & utilities, energy, logistics and transportation, industrial services as well as consumer and retail. He holds a business degree (‘Diplom Kaufmann’) with a major in Finance & Banking from the EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel. His studies included two semesters abroad at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Lille and the San Francisco State University. Marc Philipp speaks German, English and French.
