Main activities
As an intern, you will assist our dynamic and highly motivated team of advisors with their daily tasks. Your work will be very diverse and will include:

• Assisting the team in live M&A transactions

• Support on company valuations and other financial analyses

• Preparation of marketing documents

• Research on companies and industries

• Support on the organisation and coordination of projects

Your profile
Professional, drven and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in the corporate finance and M&A advisory business Excellent academic track record and successful completion of at least two semesters in finance, economics or equivalent Strong analytical skills paired with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Stress resilience and a passion for excellence Fluency in German and English both spoken and in writing is a must
