Altran has acquired TASS, a leading embedded software technology company, from Strikwerda Investments and management.
With over 35 years of experience, TASS is a leading Dutch embedded and application software developer for high-tech products. TASS is active in the automotive, healthcare, consumer electronics, safety, semiconductor and telecom segments and employs about 250 employees from its four offices: two in the Netherlands and two in Belgium.
Altran is a global leader in the provision of technological innovation consulting and engineering services. In 2013, Altran generated revenues of EUR 1,633m. Altran has a staff of 21,000 employees in more than 20 countries. Altran is listed on the stock exchange of Paris.
