DomusVi, a leading provider of accommodation, assistance and care health services, has renewed a long-time partnership between its historic financial and strategic investors through a reorganisation of its share capital.

Established in 1983, DomusVi operates more than 425 nursing homes, 70 senior residential homes, psychiatric hospitals and centres for the disabled, and 80 home-care agencies across 8 countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, the Netherlands, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay.

This operation was conducted by Yves Journel, the founder of DomusVi and strategic investor via SRS (Sagesse Retraite Santé) which significantly increased its stake in the Group, and ICG (Intermediate Capital Group).

The historical institutional investors Arkéa Capital Partenaire, Bpifrance and MACIF further strengthen their existing partnership with Yves Journel. Additional French investors such as Mérieux Equity Partners, Flandrin Finance, UI Investissement, Roullier family and Stags are also supporting SRS. The management, led by its CEO Sylvain Rabuel, also reinvested in the operation.

The transaction aims to support DomusVi for the implementation of its ambitious Domus2025 strategic plan, allowing the Group to continue the roll-out of its transformation and further accelerate growth.

CASE Corporate Finance acted as sole financial adviser to Arkéa Capital Partenaire, Bpifrance and MACIF in respect of this transaction.
