EFFIA Stationnement (“EFFIA”), a fully-owned subsidiary of Groupe Keolis, is the second largest car park operator in France with 175,000 car park spaces operated and €145M of revenues generated in 2016.
With the acquisitions of Alfa Park in May 2017 and Parkeren Roeselare in October 2017, EFFIA has established a solid foothold in Belgium, confirming its strong development momentum and its European ambitions.
Alfa Park operates around 15 sites totalling 8,000 car spaces across Belgium. Parkeren Roeselare is operating c. 7,000 car spaces (of which 6,000 on-street) in the city of Roeselare under a long-term concession contract.
As part of Groupe Keolis, EFFIA Belgium will be able to leverage on Keolis Belgium and EFFIA France’s expertise in multi-modality and car park operations in order to win new contracts awarded from public or private clients in Belgium.
