Created as a spin-off from Geoxia Group, InCa (“Innovation Construction pour l’Avenir”) is one of the leading constructors of detached houses in Nouvelle Aquitaine region. It operates under three brand names, Demeure de la Côte d’Argent, Maison Clairlande and Rouquie-Constructions, offering low to high-end house models to a wide range of customers. In FY2016, the three brand names together generated consolidated revenues of EUR 38m with annual deliveries currently totalling over 400 houses.

The disposal of the regional activities is part of Geoxia Group’s strategy to further develop organically its national brands, Maisons Phenix, Maison Familiale, Maison Castor and Phenix Evolution : Geoxia Group is planning by the end of FY2018 to densify Maisons Phenix network and strengthen its geographical footprint with Maison Familiale brand through the opening of 12 new branches. It comes at a time when the Group which has no debt remaining, is benefiting from a strong top line growth (+ 13.4% yoy), thanks to the successful implementation of its new product range. Driven by solid fundamentals, the Group should post a double-digit growth for FY2017, to reach a turnover of more than EUR 450m.

OMNES Capital, GSO Capital and Bpifrance’s investment into InCa is intended to accelerate the development of Geoxia Group’s former regional brands, via opening of new branches, a pro-active and selective build-up strategy and the implementation of digital marketing tools. The new high-speed train line that links Paris to Bordeaux in two hours, points towards more dynamic market trends in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. In this respect, the newly created company, InCa, is expected to build on its well-recognised brand portfolio, its track record of achieving 97% client satisfaction rate, its flexible cost base and its strong backlog providing high business visibility.

Founded in 1946 and operating originally under its pioneering brand Maisons Phenix, Geoxia Group is a French leader in the construction and renovation of detached houses. Since its inception, the Group has built more than 450,000 houses under Maisons Phenix, Maison Familiale, Maison Castor and Phenix Evolution brands. With nearly 1,500 employees, it generated consolidated revenues of EUR 375m in FY2016.
