Urbis Park closed a sale-and-lease-back transaction with Bouwfonds Investment Managers (Bouwfonds IM) for two car parks, one in Paris (Trinité) and one in Lyon (Vaise).
Trinité car park has 748 parking spaces and lies in the vibrant heart of the 9th arrondissement in the city centre of Paris amidst an area filled with theaters, hotels, offices and apartments. The car park in Lyon comprises 850 parking spaces and is anchored by a Pathé cinema in a mixed use area in the north west of the city.
