On June 20, 2014, Euronext N.V. was listed on the exchanges of Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels. The IPO consisted of the secondary sale of all of Euronext’s ordinary shares ultimately held by its shareholder, Intercontinental Exchange Group. ABN AMRO has led the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Euronext in its capacity as Joint Global Coordinator, alongside JP Morgan and Société Générale.

Euronext N.V., a carve out of NYSE Euronext, is the newly created holding company of a pan-European exchange group which operates equity, fixed income and derivatives markets in Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Lisbon. Euronext also operates Euronext London as a recognised investment exchange in the United Kingdom. Prior to the IPO, 33.36% of the ordinary shares of Euronext have been sold to a group of long-term Reference Shareholders.

ABN AMRO acted on this IPO as Joint-Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, Listing Agent for the listings in Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels and Retail Centralisation Agent in the Netherlands .
