Following a strategic review, Biomnis decided to dispose of its logistic subsidiary TSE Express Médical.
TSE Express Médical is one of the leaders in France for the transport of healthcare products in controlled temperature conditions with 25 agencies across France, 450 FTEs and a fleet of 600 vehicles. The Company transports 700 000 packages per year and achieved revenues of EUR 38m in 2013.
After a sale process which started in September 2013, Biomnis signed an agreement with Star’s Service for the sale of TSE Express Médical on 5March 2014. Star’s Service is one of the French leaders in the last-mile delivery transport, with a specialization in food products as well as healthcare-related products.
